This unusual telephone was designed in the 1950s by SIEMENS & HALSKE.
Instead of a "Rotary Dial" the dialing is performed vertically.
Inside the "TROMMEL-WAEHLER" (= "Drum-Dial") are the same mechanics -
only vertically mounted - See picture with a W48-Dialer !!
