   (5)  PULSAR-Relay, see  PULSAR-Relay
   (6)  TEST-PLATFORM with Capacitors ( 2 x 250 μF, 2 x 500 μF, 1 x 2200 μF )
        to define the TIME-UNIT PER STEP.

   (a)  Cycle:  ... RED - YELLOW - GREEN - YELLOW - RED ...
   (b)  When Main-Street is GREEN, than Side-Street is RED ( a.v.v. )
   (c)  Main-Street has longer GREEN-PHASE than Side-Street

   (c)  Timing the pulses by selection of the Capacitors
